What a chapter!

“I will not drive them out before you in a single year; otherwise the land would become desolate and wild animals would multiply against you. Little by little I will drive them out ahead of you, until you become fruitful and possess the land.”
‭‭Exodus‬ ‭23‬:‭29‬-‭30‬ ‭

Are you waiting for answers, are you standing for revival in your life? It says God would not take the enemies out quick, so that the land would not become desolate, to keep beast from overgrowing, and that he would increase you to where you can manage what he has for you!

Let you, your life, be the Promise, that God has for you, Land. Can he do a quick work? i believe he can. But he works with open hearts. Those who walk in faith. Psalms 85:8-13

He loves you too much!

Lets say it another way. The wealth transfer people are talking about. Does God want to give you a factory with machine problems and no workers and a supply line of raw goods broken and a way to sale your goods having to be rebuilt. No he wants you to come into it, with the gift fully functioning…

Here God refers to the angel that will go before them into the land v.23. One could say the same angel that Joshua talks to at the wall of Jericho.

One of the clearest Christophanies in the old testaments. Though if you read one translation they will mute the idea and another will capitalize letters to point out.

But in Joshua 5:14-15 Joshua is not told to get up from worshipping him. And the angel tells him to take off his shoes because the ground is holy. Reference to Moses and God.

Judas - Let him be praised
Judas(Judah) the line of kings dishonored the King of Kings. King of the Jews(Judah)

Barabbas - Son of the father
Jesus the Son of the Father took the place for the son of the father.

“When Judas, who had betrayed Him, saw that Jesus was condemned, he was filled with remorse and returned the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and elders.”

Beware of bitterness and offense. He didn’t think his feelings/actions would lead to death.

“As for me, I will behold thy face in righteousness: I shall be satisfied, when I awake, with thy likeness.”
‭‭Psalm‬ ‭17‬:‭15‬ ‭KJV‬‬

What a beautiful prophecy that we shall rise in His likeness, whether from the grave or alive at His return

A first mention of a woman as pastor? 😉😉

The Hebrew word is Ra’ah for a pastor/shepherd… Rachel means ewe or female sheep and she was a Ro’ah female shepherd.

So the lamb was a shepherd.
